Cedarhurst Golf Club

Originally a modest three-hole layout in 1922, Cedarhurst Golf Club has evolved significantly, expanding to a nine-hole course by Stanley Thompson in 1926 and later adding a back nine designed by Bert Turcotte in 1964. Today, the club boasts a par-70 course, stretching over 6,000 yards with a slope rating of 126 for men and 139 for women. The front nine features narrow, rolling fairways and small greens, demanding precision in both tee shots and approaches. The back nine offers a longer play with more forgiving fairways, stunning water features, and larger greens. Cedarhurst is renowned for its challenging layout and includes one of Ontario’s finest collections of par 3s, highlighted by the formidable third hole—a 243-yard test to a tiny green.
